Dream Dental is giving away a Dream Smile to one deserving Mother who has demonstrated self-less service to her children and those that she loves.

Does your Mother deserve a new smile to put that special light back into her eyes?

Does she deserve to be recognized and applauded for her self-less sacrifice for her family?

If so, enter to win a new Dream Smile for your Mother. We will be accepting entries from April 15,2019 to May 12, 2019. The winner will be announced via Facebook on Friday, May 17, 2019. Please see below for contest rules and exclusions.

Rules and Exclusions:

1. You can only nominate one mother to receive a Dream Smile.
2. The winner of the Dream Smile Mother’s Day Giveaway will be required to sign a marketing agreement allowing Dream Dental to use their image in marketing materials (digital, print, social, etc).
3. If the winner resides outside of the State of Utah, the recipient is solely responsible for travel and lodging costs.
4. By submitting your nominee you are giving Dream Dental permission to retain your contact information to use for future marketing purposes. Dream Dental does not sell, lend or disseminate personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
5. Current employees of Dream Dental are ineligible to win this contest.
6. Winner must agree to and book treatment within one month of announcement of the winner.
